The following changes are proposed:
Big changes include:
- Allow Virtual Annual Meetings.
- Officially allow for electronic elections.
- Reduce quorum for general membership meetings so we can hold them.
- Election of Executive Board ONLY (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary).
- All Directors and At-Large directors to be appointed by President and approved by Executive Board.
- No term limits
